Just picked up my repaired ring. It looks as good as new. Great service and lovely people to deal with. You can tell that they love a quality piece of jewellery. The process of getting our wedding rings made by French Door was so easy and fun. We came to the team with a photo of a ring I liked online and they were able to create matching rings in the exact same style for us. We thought it would be extra special to have matching wedding bands - Manuel suggested making one thicker and more masculine and one more delicate and feminine. At first we were worried the rings would be too expensive but we were even able to set the price upfront and Manuel worked to that. My partner rides everyday so Manuel also suggested lowering the gold content of his ring to make it more durable. Manuel alloys the gold himself, so he was able to make the most beautiful subtle rose gold colour for our rings – and even though they had different gold content they match perfectly. Our rings get complimented all the time. We absolutely love them and couldn’t be happier with the colour, quality and design of our wedding rings.

We had a wonderful experience with The French Door. The owners are lovely and they knew exactly what we were after. We had a custom ring made with my great grandmother's stone and it is absolutely perfect. The prices were reasonable and it felt good to support a small business. There was prompt and open communication throughout the process and even though I'm sure they see hundreds on rings, I still felt very special at every step of the way!
